Blizzard Entertainment Charged My Account Without Permission

Blizzard Entertainment withdrew money from my account through their virtual POS without my knowledge or any authorization code. I have never made a purchase from their site before, yet they charged my account. I’ve already obtained a statement from my bank showing the transaction. If I don’t receive a refund within the next few days, I will file a complaint with cybercrime authorities. This unauthorized charge is unacceptable, and I expect Blizzard Entertainment to resolve this issue and return my money as soon as possible.
