PUBG Mobile Charged My Account Without Permission and I Can’t Reach Support

I recently discovered that unauthorized payments were made through PUBG Mobile without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t make any purchase, yet money was withdrawn from my account. I tried contacting customer support, but I couldn’t reach anyone or get a proper response.

This is extremely serious—a payment was processed without my approval, and I have no idea how it happened. I even went as far as closing my bank accounts to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. It appears that someone may have opened an account using my name, and now I’m left dealing with the consequences.

PUBG Mobile, I need you to take this issue seriously. Investigate this immediately, and provide a full refund for the unauthorized transaction. I also ask that you secure my information and prevent any further charges.

I never authorized this payment, and I will not accept losing my money over something I didn’t do. Please help me resolve this now.
