Clash of Clans Took Money Without My Permission – I Demand a Full Refund Now
I’m absolutely shocked to see that Clash of Clans charged my account without any permission or confirmation. I didn’t approve any transaction, I didn’t make a purchase, and I certainly didn’t authorize the app to deduct money from my account. I simply opened the game briefly, exited, and later noticed that a payment had been withdrawn—with no confirmation request from my bank or within the game itself.
How is it even possible for a game to take money without any consent or notification? This is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust. There was no pop-up, password request, or approval screen—just money gone from my account.
I am filing a formal complaint and demand an immediate refund of the amount withdrawn. I also expect Supercell to investigate how this could have happened and take serious steps to prevent unauthorized charges from happening to other users. I am extremely disappointed and urge your support team to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
