I purchased a Black Decker vacuum from Trendyol, and within just one year, it's been to the service center five times. The brush underneath keeps malfunctioning, and it's not covered by the warranty. They claimed I was using it incorrectly, but even when I followed their instructions, it still broke. They suggested using it only on the lowest setting (which defeats the purpose of a vacuum with three settings). Yet again, the bottom brush broke. I've paid around ₺350 three times, ₺550 once, and ₺850 once. I regret buying this low-quality vacuum; I should've stuck with a traditional one. Now, the bottom brush is making a lot of noise again because two months have passed. They said the warranty only covers motor-related issues, but I've read countless excuses for excluding issues from warranty coverage. I'll never go near this product again.
