Black & Decker Vacuum Keeps Breaking Down – Warranty Service Fails to Solve the Issue

I’m incredibly frustrated with my Black & Decker vacuum cleaner. I bought it last year, and I’ve already sent it in for repairs three times, but it keeps breaking down. While it’s under warranty, the service has been useless. When I ask why it keeps failing, they just tell me not to use the third power setting, even though it was praised for its strong suction when I bought it. Now, even when I use it on the lowest setting, it still breaks down. I’m also paying extra for service fees, and it seems like the vacuum has chronic issues—it stops working every two months. I regret ever buying this product.
