Black Decker Scam! Warranty Denied on Broken Vacuum

I bought a Black Decker vertical vacuum five months ago. In the fifth month, the rotating head stopped rotating on one side, so I sent it to the service center. Despite having a warranty, the service center claimed it was a user error and demanded ₺1700. When I asked what they meant by "user error," they said I had applied too much force and should only use it on carpets at setting 1 and on floors at settings 2 or 3. I checked the user manual and found no such instructions. They claimed the gears were broken, but if the gears used in your products are not suitable for vacuuming, is it my fault? How else am I supposed to vacuum a carpet? I didn't use this product for anything other than its intended purpose, yet they blame user error. Then I realized that I'm not the only one with complaints about this company and its service center. I wish I hadn't chosen this company. The service and the company are a complete disaster.
