Black+Decker Handheld Vacuum Filter Deforms on First Use

I purchased a Black+Decker BHHV520BFP handheld vacuum cleaner from the Decide seller through Trendyol on July 13 for approximately $83. During my very first use of the product, the plastic sections around the internal filter became bent and deformed.

I was extremely disappointed to encounter this kind of problem during the very first use of a product I had just purchased. Because the internal filter and its surrounding plastic components have become deformed, I am unable to use the vacuum properly. I have also been unable to find a replacement filter or the relevant spare part anywhere.

For this reason, I request that the damaged internal filter and plastic component be replaced free of charge with a brand-new, fully functional part and that a new, undamaged filter be sent to me. My order number is 11409304685.

I kindly request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive a clear response regarding the replacement of the defective part.
