I purchased a Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner via Trendyol from Dyson’s official seller for approximately ₺25,000. I live in Konya, Turkey. Shortly after receiving the product, within just three days of use, the vacuum head broke on its own. After researching the issue, I saw that many users have reported the same type of breakage as a common and recurring problem. My Trendyol order number is #10245086233. Following this incident on March 23, 2026, I contacted Dyson customer service. I was informed that the vacuum head could only be replaced for an additional fee. During my first call, I was quoted a price of around ₺7,000 and when I called again and spoke with a different representative, I was given a completely different price of approximately ₺4,000. Both the fact that the part broke in such a short time and the inconsistency in the quoted prices have been very disappointing. As my product is still under warranty, I request that this issue, which appears to be a known and recurring defect, be evaluated not as user damage but as a manufacturing fault, and that the vacuum head be replaced free of charge. I also kindly ask for a clear and consistent explanation regarding the price differences I was given during my calls with customer service.
