Bosch Vacuum Battery Dies After One Room And Service Refuses To Help

A vacuum's battery couldn't possibly be this bad. I can't even vacuum a single room on a full charge. I never expected such poor quality from a brand like Bosch. The service is also very problematic. We previously opened a service request due to low suction power; the service technician came, turned on the vacuum, checked it, and told me, "This is the best it can do; don't expect the power of a corded vacuum." So even your service technician didn't stand behind the product. When I opened a service request for the battery issue, they called me back and said, "We'll come and check, but we'll run the vacuum at your place, and if the runtime matches the expected time, we'll charge you a service fee." This is the first time I've encountered such nonsense. As long as my product is under warranty, why should I pay for the service? This isn't the first time I've used an electronic household appliance. I want either a replacement or a refund for this product because I can't use it this way—it dies after vacuuming just a small room. Sometimes, even when the battery is fully charged, it gives a low battery warning. The same issue existed when I first got the vacuum, and they replaced the battery, but the problem persists. Therefore, I either want a product replacement or a refund.
