Deerma Vacuum No Longer Working After 3 Years, No Repair or Spare Parts Available

I purchased a Deerma upright vacuum three years ago, and now it’s stopped working. Since the warranty has expired, I contacted the service center, only to be told that the product is no longer imported, so they can’t provide spare parts or repair services. Essentially, the vacuum has become useless.

What’s even more frustrating is that I still see this vacuum being sold online as "2 years guaranteed," even though there is no support for it anymore. It seems like they bring in a limited quantity, sell them under a short-term guarantee, and then move on. There’s no after-sales support or service once the product breaks.

I strongly advise against purchasing these types of products—when they break, you’re left with no options. It’s better to spend a bit more on reputable brands with reliable customer service and repair options.
