I booked a BlaBlaBus ticket from Barcelona to Paris for 28/05/2026, with a total price of 49.48 €. Shortly after making this booking I realized I had selected the wrong date and I cancelled the ticket about an hour later. Despite cancelling so quickly, I only received a refund of 13 €, which I find unfair and disproportionate to the original ticket price. This was an honest mistake with the travel date, and because of it I had to buy a new ticket for 04/06/2026. I believe that keeping such a large part of the fare when the cancellation was made so soon after purchase is not reasonable. I kindly request a full refund of the 49.48 € ticket price, or at least a significantly higher refund than the 13 € I received. I ask that you review my case and the applicable conditions again and provide an appropriate solution.
