I purchased a Comfort Flex class ticket from Pegasus Airlines for the Sabiha Gökçen – Paris Orly flight on April 21, 2026, at 1:25 p.m. I specifically paid extra for this ticket class to avoid any penalties or deductions in case of cancellation.
However, today, when I canceled my ticket through the mobile app 15 days before the flight, I was surprised to see that a deduction of approximately $47 was applied, and I was refunded only about $278.
When purchasing the Comfort Flex ticket, I relied on the promise that there would be no penalties or deductions in case of cancellation. Despite this, the deduction of approximately $47 is both unfair and misleading.
I request that Pegasus Airlines fully refund the deducted amount and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced regarding this issue.
