FlixBus Sold Ticket for Canceled Ohrid to Skopje Route

I bought a ticket with the number 3342411305 for the FlixBus trip on 23 April 2026 at 18:00 on the Ohrid–Üsküp route. On the website, this trip appeared as available and bookable. However, the staff told me that this service had actually been cancelled for about four months. I find it unacceptable that a cancelled trip is still shown as active online and that tickets are being sold for it. Because of this situation, my travel plans were disrupted, and I was left in a very difficult position at the last minute. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for ticket 3342411305, and I also expect FlixBus to correct the online schedule so that other passengers do not experience the same problem.
