FlixBus Canceled My Ticket Without Reason – Forced to Pay Extra for the Same Bus

On January 24 at 1:50 AM, I had a FlixBus ticket (PNR: 3211142773) from Brussels to Paris that I purchased for ₺399. However, without any explanation or my consent, my ticket was canceled by FlixBus. When I tried to board the same bus, I was forced to buy a new ticket for €38, costing me significantly more!
This is completely unacceptable. I was not informed of the cancellation in advance, nor was I given a valid reason. I demand a full refund for the extra amount I paid. FlixBus should take responsibility for this mistake and stop unfairly charging customers for their own system errors.
