On 19.06.2025, I purchased a BlaBlaCar bus ticket for the Milan–Munich route. While waiting for the bus, I received an email notification informing me of a 120-minute delay. This unexpected and lengthy delay caused significant disruption to my travel plans, leaving me stranded and stressed at the station.
I purchased this service expecting a timely and reliable journey. Instead, the delay forced me to adjust my schedule, resulting in financial losses and emotional distress. As a consumer, I believe this level of service does not meet acceptable standards.
I kindly request at least a partial refund of the ticket price to compensate for this inconvenience. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
