Unable to Close My Bitlo Account – Personal Data Still Accessible

14On February 2, 2025, I created a Bitlo account but decided to close it within an hour. However, account deletion is unnecessarily complicated. I followed all the required steps, yet my account remains active.
I do not want my personal information stored on this platform. I expect immediate action to permanently delete my account and ensure my data is inaccessible. This process should be simple and transparent, yet Bitlo makes it frustratingly difficult. I need confirmation that my account has been completely closed and that my personal data has been removed. Bitlo must address this issue immediately!
