Canceling Unauthorized BetterMe Membership and Requesting ₺350 Refund


I purchased a single package through BetterMe via İyzico, but on January 5, 2025, an unauthorized attempt was made to withdraw money from my account. Thankfully, I blocked the transaction in time. I have no intention of purchasing another package or continuing any subscription.
If there is an active subscription, I demand its immediate cancellation. It’s frustrating that I cannot find anyone to contact about this issue. For a company offering digital services, this lack of accessible customer support is unacceptable. I expect BetterMe to address this issue promptly, ensure there are no further unauthorized charges, and provide a clear way for customers to resolve such problems directly.
