I requested the closure of my Uption account by filling out the form available within the app. Despite completing the process, my account remains active, and I haven’t received any response from the company. It’s incredibly frustrating that there is no straightforward “Delete Account” option available, which seems to indicate a deliberate tactic to retain user data.
I have made it clear that I want my account permanently deleted and that I will not accept any responsibility for activity linked to this account moving forward. Uption must take immediate action to honor my request and improve their account management system. Ignoring users' requests like this is unacceptable and erodes trust in their platform.
