Bitexen Emptied My Exen ETH and BTC Balance Without Consent

I had Exen, ETH, and BTC coins in my Bitexen account. As of 15/06/2025, without placing any orders, the total value in my account appears to have been reduced to nearly zero. I double-checked my transaction history and saw no withdrawal or trading activity initiated by me. This makes the situation even more alarming, as there is no traceable reason for the loss. Either my account was emptied without authorization or it was reset without my consent or approval. I am requesting a detailed explanation regarding this issue. Please do everything necessary to provide the information I need.
