My Bitexen Coins Were Taken Without My Consent

I had 160.552800 XNP coins in my Bitexen account, plus a couple of other small balances. On June 15, 2025, all of these assets were taken from my account without me knowing or giving permission. I use the word stolen because I just can't think of it any other way—this wasn't a mistake or an oversight on my end. I never gave the go-ahead for any transfer, and I've always been careful with my login info. Even so, everything disappeared in just one day. I'm reaching out to Bitexen for straightforward details about what went down, who logged into my account, and how this happened. I really need my lost coins back, please. I put my faith in this platform for my digital assets, and now it feels like that trust has been shattered.
