I Face Unauthorized Withdrawal of Doge, Waves, and XEM from My Bitexen Account
On June 15, 2025, all of my Doge, Waves, and XEM coins were withdrawn from my Bitexen account without any notification or request from me. I did not receive any alerts about a login from another device, a password change, or any other security warning. This transaction happened entirely without my knowledge or authorization, which raises serious concerns about the security of my account.
I immediately contacted Bitexen customer service via email to report the issue. They replied that they would investigate and handle the matter, but so far, I have not received any solution or further updates. To make matters worse, I cannot view my full transaction history through either the Bitexen app or their website, which makes it impossible to track exactly how and when the withdrawals were made.
I demand that Bitexen urgently restore my stolen coins, investigate the security breach that allowed this to happen, and ensure that stronger protective measures are in place to prevent future unauthorized transactions. Users must be able to trust that their assets are safe at all times.
