Bitexen Reset My Account Without Notice and Erased All My Investments

I had several investments saved in my Bitexen account, but after not logging in for a while, I came back to find that everything had been reset to zero. My entire balance is gone, and I have no idea why or how this happened. I never received any email, message, or notification about such a drastic action.

I did nothing wrong, and there was no warning that inactivity would result in account resets or fund removal. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s alarming, and I feel completely robbed of the time and money I put into the platform.

Bitexen, I demand that my investments be fully restored. You cannot just wipe a user’s account without transparency or permission. I trusted your platform with my money, and now I’m left with nothing.
