Bitci.com Stock Market Blocked My Transaction

I'm writing to say that I don't like the Bitci exchange. At 4 p.m. on March 22, 2023, I tried to move some of my cryptocurrency to my metamask wallet. But the order to move was put on hold. Even though I've emailed the support team many times, all I've gotten back are empty promises that the problem will be fixed "as soon as possible." As of today, it has been 14 days since the transfer was stopped, and I still haven't gotten my assets. I strongly recommend that investors stay away from the Bitci Turkey and Bitci Global stock markets if they don't want to end up in the same situation. It is not okay to keep customers waiting for so long without giving them a clear answer. I want this problem to be fixed right away so that my assets can be moved to my wallet as soon as possible.
