Bitay Exchange Delayed Withdrawal Complaint

I made a withdrawal request from Bitay Exchange on November 30, 2023, hoping for a speedy transaction. I'm still waiting for my money to be processed. In addition, they assert that they have resolved the issue and recorded the complaint, but my assets are still not appearing in my account. This has left me with a sense of unease, as if they are trying to intimidate me. Getting in touch with a customer representative seems like an insurmountable task. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. This company asserts itself as the top exchange in Turkey and today they reached out to inform me about the commencement of an investigation.
