Crypto Coins I Moved From Bitci.com To Huobi Didn't Come

while trying to move my crypto coins from Bitci to Huobi, my orders are just stuck and I can't do anything about it. even though I've sent over 20 carefully written emails, haven't gotten any response from Bitci's support team. I'm stuck in this never-ending cycle of waiting and hoping. I've been waiting for hours for the system to start working again and it's making me super anxious, can't believe that something as simple as a 10-second transaction has turned into a huge pain that's taken up so much of my time.  I heard they opened a file to look into my issue but that's it, there hasn't been any updates or anything yet. Seems like my case is stuck in a never-ending limbo without any real progress or solution.
