The Bitci team has failed to process my transaction with the number 8233845 for three days. It has been three whole days, and no one has responded. Where is the promised follow-up? Isn’t the main concern supposed to be ensuring people can access their money? People have already suffered enough losses with the coins you’ve released, and now you’re refusing to return the funds in their accounts. Investing in Bitci Borsa is nothing but regret. This is a warning to anyone reading this complaint: Bitci.com is not returning the money in our accounts and doesn’t even bother to provide any feedback. This is truly disgraceful!
