Driver routed unfairly long on BiTaksi trip and fare spiked, what are my options?

If your BiTaksi driver took an unfairly long route and the fare spiked above the estimate, that’s unfortunately a common complaint where drivers sometimes deviate from the suggested route or ignore the cheaper path, leading to higher costs than the in-app estimate.

First, take screenshots of the in-app estimated fare, route, and GPS track so you have proof of the discrepancy.

Then use the in-app Help/Support feature or call BiTaksi customer service to file a dispute with these details, asking for a fare review or refund of the difference.

If support still doesn’t respond or resolve it, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
