Delayed Shipment And Sample Size Disappointment With Birchbox

Their website says your box ships within the first week of signing up, but mine showed up way late in January, shipping can be wonky sometimes, but they could have at least told me what was going on! A heads-up would have been nice. Second thing, the samples. I was hyped to get 4-6 of them, like they advertise. But when I opened the box, they were tiny – like, some were just those little packet things. Now, I know you can customize stuff with Birchbox, but for the price, I figured the samples would be bigger. I appreciate Birchbox trying to personalize things, but they gotta be clearer about shipping delays and make sure the sample sizes aren't super disappointing. Just sayin'!
