Birchbox Subscription Restarted Without Permission
I just now learned that my subscription was restarted without my permission because the company changed hands. What the heck? only paid for three months of the service. Now, all of a sudden, they act like I'm in it for the long haul. Excuse me they're doing everything they can to stop me from leaving and stick us in their system??? Thought we were done with this kind of shady business, but it looks like we're not. I'm really thinking about filing a chargeback to get my money back. It's just how things work, you know? I didn't agree to this, so I shouldn't have to deal with it. These businesses think they can do anything they want with our subscriptions, and I'm sick of it. People like us shouldn't have to deal with this.
