Superonline Charged Me After Failing to Transfer My Internet Due to No Infrastructure

In August, I requested a transfer and moved to a different city from the building where I was living. Since there was no infrastructure in the area where I requested the transfer from Superonline, the transfer could not be completed. However, instead of terminating my subscription due to the lack of infrastructure, the company sent my subscription back to the address I had moved from three months earlier and issued a bill at the non-promotional price. They claimed to have informed me via SMS, but despite requiring approval for everything, they moved my subscription back without my consent. They also told me that I had no choice but to pay the bill. Even though I explained the situation in detail during at least 4-5 separate phone calls, I received the same response each time. Interestingly, they had successfully processed similar transfers twice in previous years without any issues. Instead of providing the required infrastructure, they terminated my subscription.
