I’m extremely frustrated to discover that my Netflix account was reactivated and charged without my consent, even though I haven’t had an active membership for a long time. To make matters worse, someone changed the email address and phone number linked to my account without my knowledge. This is a serious security breach.
Netflix not only allowed these unauthorized changes, but also went ahead and withdrew money from my account without any notification. I was not informed, and I did not authorize this transaction.
I want this account permanently canceled and the unauthorized payment refunded immediately. This situation is unacceptable, and if I don’t receive support soon, I will escalate it to the relevant consumer protection authorities. Netflix must take responsibility and secure user accounts properly.
