I Face Authenticity Concerns With Bioderma Spot Sunscreen

I purchased Bioderma Spot sunscreen for blemish-prone skin from the Dermojet store on Trendyol with order number 10472095764. I recently started using the product, but after discarding the box, I noticed that its scent and texture were different from the Bioderma sunscreens I had used before. This made me suspicious about its authenticity. Additionally, I saw that there was no lot number printed on the product. While the expiration date and other details were visible, the absence of a lot number and the difference in texture raised serious concerns.

So far, I haven’t contacted Trendyol customer service or the seller. If the product is not authentic, I do not want to use it, and I would like to return it. I kindly request assistance in verifying the product’s authenticity and guidance on the return process if necessary.
