Philip Morris Tobacco Contains Hard Wood-Like Pieces

I have been a Muratti Rosso smoker for many years. Over the past four months, I have noticed a serious decline in the quality of the packs I have purchased. Hard, wood-like pieces are coming out of the cigarettes, the tobacco quality has clearly deteriorated, and the taste has completely changed and become very unpleasant.

I have purchased these products from different retailers, and I am encountering the same issue in almost every pack. Experiencing such a drop in quality from a brand I have trusted for years has left me disappointed and concerned about my health.

I request that my complaint be addressed, that my hardship be remedied, and that the product quality control processes be urgently reviewed.
