On my AJet flight dated January 29, 2026, with PNR number 3zgey8, I experienced both a significant delay and was improperly charged an extra baggage fee despite having a 15 kg baggage allowance. Although my ticket clearly showed a 15 kg checked baggage allowance, this was not acknowledged during check-in, and I was forced to pay an additional baggage fee.
After experiencing this unfair treatment, I submitted multiple complaints, but no resolution has been provided. I have not received a satisfactory explanation, nor has the extra fee been refunded.
I believe I was wrongfully treated due to both the delay and the unjust baggage charge. I am requesting a full refund of the additional baggage fee I paid and that all of my legal rights arising from the flight delay be fully honored.
