I recently purchased Bioderma Sebium Gel Moussant from a pharmacy, but I’ve been extremely concerned about the product's authenticity and the side effects I’ve experienced. First of all, there is no scratch-off area or code on the packaging, which Bioderma typically provides for authenticity checks. I tried entering the lot number on their official website, but I constantly receive a message saying the session expired and I need to log in again—yet the same error occurs every single time. It’s frustrating and makes it impossible to confirm whether I received a genuine product.
What’s worse is that ever since I started using this face wash, I’ve been feeling nauseous and even experienced vomiting. This started just a few days ago, right after I began using it. On top of that, my skin, which hasn’t been oily in a long time, has started producing excess oil again, especially during the day. This is completely the opposite of what I expected from a product designed for combination to oily skin.
I’m seriously questioning what’s in this bottle and whether I’ve been sold a counterfeit or faulty item. Bioderma needs to immediately address these verification issues on their site and investigate this batch. I also expect a proper explanation and support for the adverse effects I’ve experienced. Consumers deserve better clarity, safety, and responsiveness.
