I recently purchased a two-pack of Bioderma Sensibio Micellar Cleansing Water from a pharmacy, trusting it to be both safe and authentic. I intended to use it for both face and eye makeup removal. However, when I scanned the QR code on the bottle to verify its authenticity, nothing came up. The page simply says “To” and doesn’t load any information, which immediately raised doubts about whether the product is genuine.
Even more concerning is what happened after I used it. I experienced a burning sensation on both my face and around my eyes—something that should never happen with a product marketed for sensitive skin. I’ve never had such a reaction to any micellar water before, especially not from a brand I believed to be reliable.
This experience left me anxious and disappointed. If this is an issue with product authenticity or a problem with a recent batch, Bioderma needs to address it immediately. I’m requesting a full investigation into the product’s origin and content, and I want an explanation for the reaction I experienced.
Bioderma, I trusted your brand and your quality. Please respond urgently and resolve this matter.
