Similac No. 2 Formula Has a Strong Fishy Odor and My Baby Refuses to Drink It

Despite the fact that the Similac No. 2 formula is still within its expiration date, which is August 2025, it has an extremely strong fishy odor. My baby has also started refusing to drink it at times.
