Similac High Energy Contains String-Like Substance and Caused Baby Discomfort

I would like to report an issue I have experienced with Similac High Energy 200 ml. We recently started using this product after purchasing it with a prescription and on our doctor's recommendation from the pharmacy at Cemre Hospital in the Bağlar neighborhood of Bahçelievler. For the past few days, we have noticed a string-like, rubbery, creamy substance inside the product. The expiration date is April 24, 2026, and we have encountered the same issue with every container we have opened.
After we started using the product, we also noticed some negative effects in our baby, including restlessness and difficulty sleeping. We purchased the product for $13. So far, we have not contacted either customer service or the pharmacy regarding this issue.
I request that Similac prioritize investigating the product and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement. I would appreciate having this issue reviewed promptly and an appropriate solution provided.
