I am very dissatisfied with the Bitexen platform. Whenever I try to sell during losses, the platform encounters errors that prevent me from completing trades. This has repeatedly caused significant financial losses.

I’ve contacted Bitexen support via email and phone, but their responses are vague, often saying, “Wait a short while, it will be fixed.” However, the problem persists, and their assurances are far from reliable.

This ongoing issue is unacceptable for a trading platform. I urge Bitexen to resolve these technical problems immediately and improve their customer support. I strongly advise others to reconsider using this platform to avoid similar frustrations. Please take action to fix these critical issues promptly.
