Silkroad Online Mobile Cheating Gives Players an Unfair Advantage and Ruins Competition

I have been experiencing serious problems in Silkroad Online Mobile for approximately two months due to cheating, unfair competition, and behavior that clearly violates the game’s rules. Items such as the Flower Collection and SROMBOT, which are normally obtained through effort and real-money purchases, can apparently be used without limits by certain players through cheating. Although these items are normally paid and have limited usage, players who exploit the game are able to use these advantages continuously, completely disrupting the balance of the game and making the time and money invested by honest players feel worthless.

Dear Game Management Team, as we have previously shown through screenshots and video recordings submitted to you, there are players engaging in unfair competition, making threats, using profanity and insults, and disregarding the Personal Data Protection Law. Despite reporting these players to you for a long time, we have not seen any concrete disciplinary action being taken. You have chosen to remain silent toward behavior that clearly violates the User Agreement and the rules governing player conduct. We are players who understand and respect the rules and our rights, yet you have failed to take effective action against the players who continue to violate the rules described above.

Even though we submitted detailed evidence of what was happening, we received only a general response stating that the issue was “being looked into.” Despite this, the relevant competitive event was completed, and the players accused of cheating received their rewards without any apparent disciplinary action. As a result, both the money we spent and the months of effort we invested have effectively been wasted.

We believe that our rights under Article 13 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection have also not been adequately protected. I request that you immediately conduct a comprehensive investigation into these players who gained unfair advantages through cheating, impose appropriate sanctions on the accounts involved, revoke any rewards obtained unfairly, and provide a concrete remedy for honest players whose time and money were wasted, such as refunds or appropriate in-game compensation.

If no meaningful action is taken despite this complaint and the evidence we have provided, I would like to make it clear that we intend to submit the video footage, screenshots, and other evidence collectively to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and other relevant authorities.
