Binomo Deposit Not Reflected in My Account Despite Successful Payment


I deposited 10,000 on 7 December into my Binomo account, and although the transaction was shown as successful, the amount has still not been credited to my trading balance. The money has been deducted from my side, but it is not visible or usable in my Binomo account. I contacted Binomo customer support regarding this issue, but my request was declined, and the problem was not resolved. I was not given a satisfactory solution even though the payment was successful. I request that the 10,000 deposit be immediately credited to my Binomo account without any further delay and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
