I was trading futures on Binance Global and had a position that was clearly in profit. But suddenly, the position was closed and marked as “liquidated”—even though it should not have been. This makes no sense and suggests a serious technical or system issue on Binance’s end. I immediately tried to reach live support through the app, but there was no way to get in touch with anyone. I also emailed [email protected], only to have the email bounce back, claiming the address was invalid. So not only was my profitable trade wrongly closed, but I also have no way to speak with someone about it. This is unacceptable for a platform handling real money. I demand immediate contact from Binance regarding this issue, a full explanation, and reimbursement for the lost funds due to the wrongful liquidation.
