I am submitting a complaint regarding a missing payout for a correctly completed mission on Freecash. My Freecash account is registered with the email address pniakoliwie***@gmail.com.
The mission involved the Game Gear Truck, where the requirement was to reach level 300. I successfully completed level 300 and fulfilled all the mission conditions, and there are still 18 days remaining before the mission deadline expires. Despite this, the reward has not been credited to my account. For previous missions, I have always received payouts without any issues, so this situation is unusual and concerning.
I also attempted to contact support through the app, but the support section is not functioning at all, which prevents me from reporting the issue directly through the platform. This lack of access to support has made resolving the problem even more difficult.
I kindly request that the reward for the Gear Truck level 300 mission be credited to my account as soon as possible. I also ask that this issue be reviewed in your system, as the task was completed correctly and within the required timeframe.
