I Sent ₹1000 via PhonePe but 1win Shows Transaction Cancelled

I made a deposit of ₹1,000 to my 1win account on April 14, 2026, via PhonePe from my SBI bank account. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, the transaction on 1win showed as “cancelled,” and the funds have not been credited to my 1win balance.
It has now been one hour since the transaction was marked as cancelled, yet the money has not been refunded to my bank account either. This has left my funds stuck between the bank and the platform.
I contacted 1win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. The lack of communication is frustrating, especially since my money is currently inaccessible.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that my ₹1,000 be either credited to my 1win account as intended or refunded immediately to my SBI bank account. I also expect to be informed in writing about the outcome of this issue.
