I use Snapchat on my iPhone 14 Pro, and today, approximately six hours ago, I lost access to my account because the phone number linked to my two-factor authentication was stolen. Since then, I have been completely unable to log in to my account.
I attempted all available recovery options and followed the support steps provided within the app, but I keep being asked to enter a verification code sent to the stolen phone number. As a result, I am stuck in a loop where I cannot receive the code and therefore cannot access my own account.
This account contains important personal data and content that I do not want to lose. The current situation is extremely stressful, as I have no way to verify my identity using the existing method.
I kindly request urgent assistance to remove or update the two-factor authentication phone number associated with my account. I also ask that I be provided with an alternative way to verify my identity, such as through my email or another secure method, so I can safely regain access to my Snapchat account.
