I urgently need support regarding a major issue I experienced on Binance Futures. While checking my open positions, I simply clicked on one of them from the "Positions" tab—and it immediately closed by itself without my confirmation or any prompt. I did not click “Close,” I did not confirm any action, yet the system force-closed the trade right after I clicked on it.
This is not only frustrating but has caused a financial loss that I did not approve. There was no warning, no error message, no explanation—just an automatic closure that I never authorized.
I submitted a feedback request but haven’t heard anything back. Binance must investigate this issue, provide a detailed explanation, and either restore my position or compensate for the unexpected closure. This is a serious functionality error that needs immediate attention to prevent further losses for other users as well.
