I Got Someone Else’s Order in My Amazon Delivery

I am writing regarding a recent delivery from Amazon USA, in which I received a package that does not belong to me. This evening, along with my own order, I found an additional package included in the delivery that I never ordered.
I have not opened this extra package, but from the outside it appears to contain clothing. Since noticing the issue, I have attempted to contact Amazon customer service to report the problem and ask for guidance, but I have not been able to reach anyone.
I do not want to keep or open an item that is not mine, and I want to handle this situation properly. I request that Amazon review this shipment, confirm whether the extra package was sent to me by mistake, and provide clear instructions on what I should do next—whether it should be returned, collected, or if I am permitted to keep it.
