BillDesk Payment Successful But Protean TAN Receipt Missing
I applied for a TAN through the Protean website and completed the payment via your BillDesk payment gateway using UPI on 12/03/2026 for an amount of Rs. 77. However, after the payment was successfully completed, the TAN acknowledgment/receipt was not generated or made available for download. I do not have the TAN acknowledgment number because it was never displayed, but I have the payment reference number 512162213006. The email address given in the TAN application is hariprasada***@gmail.com. I also want to state that I have not received any SMS or email from your side regarding the TAN acknowledgment or the status of this application. I have already tried to resolve this issue, but my problem is still not solved and the TAN application receipt is still not available on the portal, and I also cannot see any clear status or acknowledgment for this TAN application on the Protean website even though the payment has been made. Due to this, I am unable to proceed further with TAN-related work. I request you to kindly trace my payment using the reference number 512162213006, generate and share the TAN acknowledgment/receipt linked to this application, or provide a clear solution so that I can obtain my TAN acknowledgment without any further delay. I specifically request that you provide the TAN acknowledgment in a proper printable format so that I can take a printout and send it to the Protean Pune office as required.
