I experienced an issue with a payment made through BillDesk and tried to contact their customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, reaching support has been nearly impossible. The contact numbers provided do not work properly, and emails or support requests either go unanswered or receive generic responses with no real solution. As a user dealing with a financial transaction problem, the lack of accessible and responsive support is extremely frustrating. When money is involved, users should not be left on their own without clear guidance or accountability. I request BillDesk to improve its customer support accessibility, provide working contact channels, and ensure timely, meaningful responses to resolve user issues effectively.
