I have not received any payments since March 26, even though they appear as "reported" in the system. I had changed my IBAN, but no payments were ever transferred there. To resolve the issue, I switched back to my old IBAN, yet I still haven't received any payments.
I have tried reaching customer support through every available channel, but I cannot get through—your phone lines are unresponsive, and my emails have gone unanswered.
Shipy, I expect immediate action to resolve this issue and release my pending payments. If I do not receive a response soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the necessary legal channels!
